Connecting a CRM to Stripe usually means building and maintaining an API server, webhooks, secure key storage, customer sync and retry logic. Our hosted connector does all of that for you.

Nothing to host. Add your Stripe secret key once and you get a token that points at your own Stripe account.
Simple PCI compliance. Customers enter card and bank details on Stripe's secure pages, so payment details are stored only in Stripe.
One customer, one email. The email address links each Account or Contact to its Stripe customer.

Setup link and scheduled payments

A setup link stores the customer's card or Bacs Direct Debit mandate in Stripe. When a payment is due, add a transaction with a date and an amount, and the connector charges the saved method.

Card

All major credit and debit cards, with Strong Customer Authentication (3D Secure) handled by Stripe.

Pay by Bank

The customer approves the payment in their banking app, and the money moves straight from their account.

Bacs Direct Debit

A UK Direct Debit mandate saved in Stripe, which is ideal for recurring billing.

Collect invoices from Xero, Sage or QuickBooks

Already invoicing in your accounts? Add one of our accounting connectors to bring transactions in from Xero, Sage 50, Sage 200 or QuickBooks Online. Stripe collects the money, and the payments can flow back into your accounting system.

Pair it with our billing software to create hundreds or thousands of recurring payment transactions every month.

Every payment is tracked, and failures are followed up

Each transaction moves from CREATE to PROCESSING to UPLOADED, so you always know where it stands. If a card is declined or has expired, the transaction goes back for retry and a workflow can email the customer a new link to update their details.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a developer?

No. You import our solution into Dynamics 365 or Dataverse, add your Stripe key and generate links from your Accounts and Contacts. Advanced users can also call the connector from their own website.

Where are card and bank details stored?

Only in your own Stripe account. Customers enter their details on Stripe's secure pages, so no payment data is held in your CRM.

Which payment methods can I offer?

Credit and debit cards, Pay by Bank and Bacs Direct Debit in the UK, plus SEPA Direct Debit for the EU and ACH for the US.

What happens if a payment fails?

Declined or expired payments are marked on the transaction and go back for retry. A workflow can email the customer a new link so they can update their payment method.

Can I try it before going live?

Yes. Register for a free trial and use your Stripe test mode key until you're confident everything is working.

Can I take payments in more than one currency?

Yes. Stripe charges extra for currency conversion, so many customers add a second Stripe instance for each currency to keep those fees down.
